Every insurance plan is different. Labs are NOT included in the FMI Functional Care Plan. This allows patients the freedom and choice to choose the lab they would like to be drawn at. FMI utilizes 3rd party labs for lab-draws. To find out which labs are in-network with your insurance plan, call the member service number on the back of your insurance card, or log in to your insurance provider’s member portal to find out which lab is preferred.
