Located at the Ten Mile Crossing development in Meridian, our new Wellness Center has been custom designed with state-of-the-art healthcare features, including an education room, kitchen for cooking demonstrations and classes, high-tech video conferencing, supplement kiosk, and so much more! Our goal was to create the best healthcare experience for you, and we are thrilled to open its doors to you later this month. With this move, the current Meridian clinic on Progress Ave will be permanently closing, and we will no longer be seeing patients there after November 19, 2020.
Our staff will be there to help, and we have included all the details regarding our new location, including address, phone number and office hours below.
