To avoid our no-show fees, please cancel an appointment at least 48 BUSINESS hours. The no-show fees for cancelling less than 48 business hours before or not showing up for an appointment are: $150 for any new patient appointments, $100 for all other provider appointments, and $50 for any Nutrition or Health Coaching appointments.
