Sweating is one of the body’s safest and most natural ways to heal, remove toxins, and maintain optimal health. By harnessing the energy of infrared light, we can produce a deep sweat that helps your body purge toxins, lower inflammation, boost immunity, and rejuvenate every cell.
A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air and, in turn, your body. Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly at a cellular level and raise your core body temperature. Many people find that infrared saunas provide a more comfortable experience than traditional saunas, because the surrounding air stays cool and dry.
Each session in our private sauna room in our Meridian location is comfortable and relaxing. You can use the time to meditate, listen to music or a podcast, or just relax.

The day before and the day of your infrared sauna session, make sure you increase your water and electrolyte intake. The sweat produced in an infrared sauna is 80 – 85% water, so it is very important to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna detox session. Mineral water, coconut water, or electrolyte supplements are great ways to make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes.
You can begin your sauna session at 100° F. The optimal sauna experience occurs between 100° F and 130° F.
The amount of time spent in a sauna session may vary depending on your tolerance level. To get your body accustomed to infrared therapy, start with 10 – 15 minute sessions. Gradually increase towards 40 minute sessions in the optimal temperature range.
Listen to your body. If you begin to feel symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, or light-headedness during your sauna session, please exit the sauna.
Wear light active clothing or a swimsuit. Do NOT enter the sauna naked.
After each sauna session, dry off with a towel. You may use the shower in the sauna room to rinse off, though the sweating and detoxification can continue for 40 – 60 minutes afterwards, so we recommend waiting until you’re home to shower.
It is crucial to re-hydrate and replenish your electrolytes after a sauna session. Mineral water, coconut water, or electrolyte supplements are great ways to make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes.
Relax, read, meditate, stretch, or bring your earbuds to listen to music, a book, or a podcast.
It may take several weeks for your body to acclimate to using the sauna, but most people can use the sauna 3 – 4 times per week.
Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted in the infrared sauna. Any child between the ages 6 – 10 should speak with their healthcare provider before using the infrared sauna.
Moderate use of a sauna is safe for most people. However, those who have low blood pressure or are pregnant should speak with their healthcare provider before using the infrared sauna.
